Steering committee

Kelly Mills - Co-Founder and Chairperson

Hi, I am Kelly Mills and I along with my husband Paul and our friends Claire & Lee Vyse founded Get Together - Joining Families living with Autism in 2010.  I have 2 children and my eldest has a diagnosis of Autism.  Before Get Together there was no place we could go as a family where we could meet other people affected by autism and have fun without my son's behaviours being judged, Get Together has really helped me come to terms with my son's diagnosis.  I enjoy meeting families who are affected and being able to help them if possible by sharing my own knowledge and experiences and also gaining advice from them. I'm very proud of Get Together and what we have achieved.

Paul Mills - Secretary

Hi, I am Paul and I’m secretary to our great group Get Together. Being involved with such a superb group that offers families a way to socialise and interact with other people is a phenomenal experience. Being able to speak to likeminded parents provides an opportunity to learn and gain knowledge of ASD and how it impacts on people’s lives.

Kirsty Bower - Treasurer

Hi, my name is Kirsty Bower and I am Treasurer on the committee.  I joined in January 2013 and I am really enjoying being part of 'Get Together' and very much looking forward to our future and raising lots of money!

I care greatly about our local community and the families who live in it.
