                                  What we do

At Get Together we believe in helping the whole family as well as a child with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.

We are happy to have all family members attend all our sessions so that everyone can enjoy the fabulous atmosphere and activities that we offer

We currently run several regular sessions, our most popular one being a monthly play session at Longford Baptist Church, Coventry.

The sessions are filled with games, toys, sensory play, computers, arts & crafts.  There is no judgement of a childs behaviour because we have all had similar experiences.

Parents are able to relax in an environment which is autism friendly and experience like minded individuals with no pressures.

Our Parent/Carer support group has been running in Bedworth since the end of 2015, the sessions are a great opportunity to meet other parents/carers and chat whilst also taking the opportunity to browse our resource and information area.

We occassionally organise for local professional services to come along and speak about what they do, how they can help and they are also able to have a private chat should anyone require any extra advise.

We also organise one extra activity each month, these range from picnics & fun in the park to a day trip by coach to a zoo.

These are fantastic family activities which some families may not have the opportunity to access due to social issues or just fear of dealing with a melt down in a public place and the judgement from the general public that goes with that.
